The Topsfield Fairgrounds has been hosting weddings in Coolidge Hall for several years. We pride ourselves on providing the perfect venue - a pleasant blend of rustic scenery and design with the comforts and appeal of modern life. After upgrades and renovations in early 2014, brides and grooms can now enjoy our surround-sound system, 10-foot movie screen, ample free parking (including parking near the entrances, for those who need it), access to a private Bridal Suite, and more!
Our Wedding Package
Our wedding package is designed to help you hit every detail, from venue to catering, and photography. This ensures a seamless celebration that fits your vision. While our wedding package includes Coolidge Hall, you will also gain access to our private bridal suite and outdoor patio for a cocktail hour. Our venue at Coolidge Hall holds up to 200 guests and includes a full commercial kitchen with an oven, stove, and fridges. Pricing for wedding packages is determined by the following dates:
- November 1st to April 30th: $1,300.00 on Friday and Sunday, $1,800.00 on Saturdays
- May 1st to Labor Day Weekend: $1,800.00 on Friday and Sunday, $2,600.00 on Saturdays (Sundays of Long/Holiday Weekends are also priced at the Saturday Rate)
